Assists with growing organization’s market-rate and commercial endeavors that support neighborhood revitalization efforts, and preservation planning for older housing units.  Responsible for overall successful operations that meet or surpass industry standards and regulatory objectives. Ensures open lines of communication with related developer and construction company to review practices and processes for constant improvement.

Reporting to the Director of Payroll & Administration, the Employment Administrator will provide quality human resource services to the organization to meet recruitment and retention goals.  Consults with supervisors and employees to resolve employee relations issues. The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units. In a proactive fashion, ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions’ standards for integrity, quality and functioning through the oversight, sharing and completion of items in a safe manner such as work orders, turnovers, and projects.  In a timely manner, communicates significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Property Manager.
