This is a full time exempt position, Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 3:30pm at our corporate office, Syracuse NY, and various construction sites. Starting pay is $85,000.

Manages and directs the success of all assigned construction projects and applicable staff. Organize, plan, schedule and ensure all projects are completed in a cost effective, safe and timely manner while adhering to established policies and standards. Work closely with the owner and design/development team through project completion. Participate in the on-going development of construction projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred; H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 15 years in construction and at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role required.
• Building Performance Institute, Green Building & LEED credentials desired.
• Valid driver’s license with no major restrictions required. Motor vehicle record must be acceptable to company selected insurance carrier.
