Housing Visions is a not-for-profit Developer, General Contractor, and Property Manager with a mission to be the catalyst for sustainable positive change in neighborhoods through real estate development and community collaboration. Based out of Syracuse, NY, Housing Visions works throughout Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.

This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends. Pay range is $20-$24/hour. $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

• Minimum two years’ experience in residential/facility maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with no major restrictions and acceptable to Housing Visions insurance carrier required.
• Reliable vehicle for daily use
• Ability to operate all tools and equipment related to facility maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
