Provides quality human resource services to the organization to meet recruitment and retention goals. Consults with supervisors and employees to resolve employee relations issues. Assists with training, development, safety functions and other human resource activities as directed. Provides assistance and coverage in the payroll and benefits area. Serve as back up to the Executive Assistant in answering a multi-line phone in a professional and courteous manner and directing calls to the appropriate person. Works closely with Director of HR and Administration to collaborate on recruitment efforts and effectively analyze and track organizational payroll. Work closely with the Director of HR & Administration to enhance processes where necessary.
