    Looking for an out of the box thinker who is enthusiastic and passionate and about making a difference by interning at a well establish charity.  You will assist in providing creative ideas to help achieve the team’s goals. You will have assignments in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and executive management team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.  This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and new market development. Upon completion, you will be better prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.  

    Responsibilities

    • You have a strong grasp of the English language.
    • Excellent interpersonal, team, written and verbal communication skills
    • Can work under pressure to deliver excellent quality work on quick deadlines
    • Knowledge & passion for creating and editing videos & social media is considered an Asset
    • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
    • Perform market analysis and research on competition
    • Support the management team in daily administrative tasks
    • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
    • Prepare promotional presentations
    • Help distribute marketing materials
    • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems
    • Help organize marketing events Requirements:
    • Content creation for product that will be available on our website and on social media.
    • Discuss, plan and manage various tasks related to online marketing
    • Contribute out-of-the-box ideas and concepts that are brand aligned

    Qualifications

    • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
    • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
    • Most importantly, an eagerness to learn, grow and develop as an individual and a professional
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
    • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
