This is a part time position, Monday through Friday 9:30am - 3:00pm, located in Syracuse, NY. The Corporate Administrative Assistant will serve as the front desk receptionist and provide a positive and professional welcome environment for employees, residents, vendors and guests.  Ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal communication skills with a strong ability to develop and maintain positive, professional and collaborative relationships. 



  • Answer a multi-line phone in a professional and courteous manner and directing calls to the appropriate person.
  • Assist marketing with various event invitations and marketing material.
  • Assist the ESBC Building Manager with taking rent payments and sending tenant notices, forward any maintenance issues to the building manager and/or maintenance staff.
  • Order supplies for corporate and rental offices and their employees.
  • Review and prepare Staples monthly invoices for accounts payable. 
  • Oversee fleet vehicle sign-out system; assist with scheduling service and cleaning on vehicles.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain conference room calendars; assist with refreshments and food orders for meetings, training and/or events.
  • Complete administrative tasks including but not limited to mail processing, data entry, mailings and creating documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of reception/office experience, or 5 years reception/ office experience. Combination of education and experience will be considered. 
  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions required. Motor vehicle record must be acceptable to company selected insurance carrier.
